The responsibility of a dog is to watch the house. 2. The "cat" that cannot be touched when solving the problem"

The "cat" problem is that people have realized that it is a real problem, but it is also a problem that cannot be solved. In this case, do not work hard on the "cat" issue. For example, what kind of laws and regulations have been introduced by the State to restrict enterprises, what new products have been produced by competitors, and what kind of non-renewable mineral resources can be mined for a maximum of 20 years, the loss of your favorite cheese and other issues are all related to this type of question.

Such problems cannot be met. If anyone encounters such problems, don't complain any more. The milk has been spilled onto the ground, and the complaints will not help. For such problems, you must find a breakthrough from other places.

3. Employees are not allowed to kick "Cats" in the face of unpleasant events"

Bad emotions will be transmitted. This is the famous "Kick cat" theory in enterprise management. When taking the lead as a manager, we should learn to eliminate bad emotions. Bad emotions are our improper responses to bad events in the external environment. The good and bad emotions are the result of our choice. Everything has two sides. If you only see the bad side, you will be pessimistic and negative. If you only see the good side, you will be blindly optimistic. The view that "the fire of stars can bring you back to the ground" takes into account two aspects: seeing the negative side, but the mentality must be positive.

When a manager encounters a bad thing, it is clear that the practice of excluding the bad mood will not easily pass the bad mood to its subordinates, so that the enthusiasm of the team can be stabilized.

Therefore, do not let employees go home to kick the cat when they encounter unpleasant things. May these three cats not come out of your work.
