Let's take a look at the final effect:

Production process:
1. Create a new file. Click the "Create new layer" button on the layer panel to create Layer 1 and fill it with black.
2. Click "Pen tool" in the toolbox, draw a path in the window, hold down the ctrl key, and click the blank space. Then, draw the path again, as shown in Figure 01.
3. Create a new layer, rename it as paint brush 1, click the paint brush tool in the toolbox, set the paint brush to "5 pixels" in the attribute bar, and the main diameter is 3. Set the foreground color to white, click the path panel, select the newly drawn path, right-click, and select the "stroke path" command from the shortcut menu to bring up the "stroke path" dialog box, the image effect 02 is shown.
4. Cancel the selection of the painting path, hide the background layer and Layer 1, and press the shortcut key Ctrl + I to reverse the image of the paint brush Layer 1, as shown in Figure 03.
5. Execute the "edit" and "define paint brush preset" command in the menu bar. The paint brush name dialog box is displayed to keep the default settings.
6. Click "Create New Path" in the path panel. Click Layer 1 in the layer panel, and then draw the path again using the above method, as shown in 04.
7. Create a new layer and rename it as paint brush 2. Switch to the path panel, right-click the drawn working path, and select the "stroke path" command in the pop-up shortcut menu, keep the default settings. Hide a layer except paint brush 2 and define it as a paint brush. Image Effect 05 is shown.
8. Draw the path and stroke path using the above method, as shown in 06, and define it as a paint brush.
9. Open a background material image, as shown in Figure 07.
10. Hide all paint brush layers, create layers 3, click the paint brush tool, and select the paint brush you just defined. Place a dandelion in a circular shape with the defined paint brush. Change the paint brush angle and adjust the paint brush size to achieve the effect, as shown in Figure 08.
11. Press Ctrl + J to copy four copies of the layer, and then merge the copied layers, as shown in Figure 09. Copy the dandelion layer again and execute the "edit", "change", and "Rotate" command in the menu bar. The effect is 10 after rotation.
