Now ios7 has been changed to transparent without occupying the screen height. The method for hiding and displaying is as follows:

In the subclass of uiviewcontroller, call:
If ([self respondsToSelector: @ selector (listener)]) {// iOS 7 [self prefersStatusBarHidden]; [self defined mselector: @ selector (setNeedsStatusBarAppearanceUpdate)];}-(BOOL) prefersStatusBarHidden {return YES; // hide it as YES and display it as NO}


When switching views, such as addsubview, present, and pushin, you also need to pay attention to and modify the status bar.


Method 2 (set in plist ):

First, set key: Status bar is initially hidden to None.



Then set key: View controller-based status bar appearance to NO

You can hide the status bar globally.
