1, first open Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, create a class library project, named Eallies.EventHandler.Demo.

2, after the success of the creation of the project, the default Class1.cs renamed to DocumentHandler.cs, and add Microsoft.SharePoint.dll reference, the specific location of the DLL in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\12\isapi.
