Steps for storing images in MySQL [group chart] _ MySQL

Steps for storing images in MySQL [group chart] the Blob data type should be used for storing images in MySQL. The procedure is as follows:

1. generate a basic table Images to store Images

Create table Images (PicNum int not null auto_increment primary key, image BLOB );

2. create an upload script to obtain the image file and insert the file into the database. for details, see (click to enlarge)

3. the above script may cause an error message that cannot be inserted. please refer to the max packet allowed settings of MySQL and check the error log.

4. The following script displays the inserted image.
