Many users are not familiar with many of the features in the system, where smart card services are less known. The smart card service is the management and access control of the inserted smart card, and most users do not need to use this feature. So how to cancel the smart card service in the Win7 system?
1. First press the Win+r shortcut key on the computer keyboard to open the computer's running window, in the Open Run window, enter gpedit.msc and click Enter, so you can open the Group Policy Editor window.
2. In the Group Policy Editor window that opens, click the expand Computer Configuration-Management Module--windows component-Smart card in the left menu, then double-click in the right window to open the following four options: Enable certificate propagation for smart cards, enable cross-certificate propagation in smart cards, Force read all certificates from the smart card, turn on the smart card Plug and Play service.
3. In the Open editing window, disable the four services separately.
This is the procedure to cancel the smartcard service in the Win7 system. Users can easily cancel this service by simply using the Group Policy Editor.
