First, login RouterOS server

RouterOS here is in the intranet, only configured an intranet IP, you can udp:500 IP, udp:4500,
udp:1701 ports are mapped to RouterOS intranet IP for use.
If the RouterOS has both intranet and extranet IP, you can dial it directly using the IP of the external network.
