STM32 Crystal oscillator does not vibrate

Just got the new board, the program burned in, but the wrong run address, did not enter the C language

Did not enter the C language, there may be hard dog problems, to remove the hard dog

Check the following four cases 1. Check the chip power supply is all right
2. Check if the crystal oscillator line is shorted
3. Check that the load capacitance is correct
4. Check that your reset circuit components are correct

Viewing the crystal oscillator with an oscilloscope is not reflected

The problem is that the reset circuit is not correct, remember boot0=0 Keil debug mode must be set

Again with the oscilloscope check, Crystal Vibration, the program also jumped into the C language.
