After we open the Storm audio and video software, we click on the main menu in the Storm AV interface -Advanced options-playback settings-basic playback settings to see if we checked "empty the original list when opening the file."

Then we open the interface button and we click on the main menu-Advanced options-General Settings-Privacy settings , to see if you check "empty playlist when exiting".

Go to Main Menu-Advanced options-playback settings-Play memory check to see if you have selected "album playback from the broadcast file", "Memory online playback Progress", "memory local playback progress."

If the online video is not a burst of HD resources, but potatoes, music and other networks, can not play memory
