Strict mode of ES5

In the whole program or function to start using ' use strict ' to enable strict mode, strict mode of words such as French sentence, such as the following restrictions.

1. Prohibit the use of future reserved words: Implements let private publicly yield interface package projected static
2. Prohibit the use of hexintegerliteral hexadecimal literals, octalintergerliteral octal literals, which are 017 and 0x1e
3. Disallow assignment of arguments and eval
4. Disable calling the callee and caller properties of arguments
5. Disable deleting variables with delete
6. Prohibit using with statements
7. Disallow use of eval and arguments as a variable for a catch statement
8. Prohibit passing in the same variable to the function parameter list
