Compares two specified String objects, ignoring or considering their case, and returns an integer indicating the relative positional parameters of the two in the sort order stra Type:System.String

The first string to compare. STRB Type:System.String

The second string to compare. IgnoreCase Type:System.Boolean

trueIf the case is ignored during comparison, or false. return value Type:System.Int32

A 32-bit signed integer that indicates the lexical relationship between the two comparison numbers.

A return value of 0 indicates that equality stra the same position as STRB in the sort order.
A return value of-1 indicates: less than stra before strb in the sort order
A return value of 1 indicates: greater than stra after STRB in the sort order
