2002 is a year of great growth for start-ups and a growth point for my personal development. With the cordial care of the company's leaders and the help of other colleagues, I have completed a series of projects and tasks assigned by the superiors and company leaders. With the full trust and enthusiastic efforts of the company's leaders, in the second half of the year, I undertook the implementation of the LIS Project of Taizhou Hospital and some R & D work. The LIS system is a brand new field for me. It is also a field full of temptation and comprehensive challenges. In 2003, the company's Lis system has become mature and fully implemented. Challenges and opportunities coexist, and there is a long way to go. This time, I was named a good employee, and I had a lot of feelings. In my mind, I can't help but see eight words: Strive for the upstream, always be the upstream!

Time flies. In a twinkling of an eye, I have been in a startup company for almost four years. In the past four years, we have experienced many hardships and pains, achievements, and joys. I really want to talk to the leaders, big brother, big sister, and new members of our startup family. In particular, I want to talk to new members about my own experiences and hope that everyone will thrive. I also hope that some of my ideas will be helpful to you to a certain extent.

The growth and maturity of a person is a long process. The ancient saying goes that there are "Ten years of trees and a hundred years of trees". The growth of a person cannot be achieved overnight, and efforts must be made on a down-to-earth basis. Paying is not necessarily rewarding, but not paying is definitely not rewarding! I believe everyone understands these simple principles. I stick to this sentence and can only regard hard work as the necessity of life forever. Even if there is no hope of harvest, I will continue farming calmly. Having said a lot, it means that we should first be aware of the long term of growth. At the same time, we should also be aware that our personal career is also a process of gradual accumulation.

To sum up my work for four years, I can use eight words to sum up: Strive for the upstream, always make the upstream!

To compete for the upstream, a person must first be motivated. Napoleon said: A soldier who does not want to be a general is not a good soldier! This is the truth. We need high standards and strict requirements for ourselves. It should be said that the ideal is our vision for a bright future, while the ambition is an outstanding architect. It is essential to work and study in a down-to-earth manner. This point has been firmly established when I was in school. In today's society, competition is fierce. Without some professional expertise, good working ability, and good overall quality, you cannot achieve yourself. Without being motivated, a person cannot study hard, work hard, or experience. In this way, good work ability and good overall strength are all empty discussions.

Self-motivated is not a life, nor a natural one. A person with a strong personality will be more motivated. Personality laziness, naturally there is no ambition. Good personality and laziness may be inherent. They can also be said to be the natural attribute of the human spiritual world, which is natural and spontaneous. We need to maintain good natural habits and remove bad natural habits through the words and deeds of leaders, teachers, classmates, colleagues, and friends as we grow up. In general, the development of human ambition can be divided into three stages: hobby-ambition-accomplishment. interests are the starting point and fundamental. Because a person is interested in his or her own work, he or she will love his or her own work and be motivated. When you see your own staged achievements, you can finally inspire your pursuit of higher achievements. This is the principle of loving one line. We need to love the family of entrepreneurship: to create digital healthcare and to serve health.

Always be an upstream node. It's easy to be motivated for a moment. The revolutionary predecessors encouraged themselves to "stay old and learn Old ". In my opinion, it is always an upstream task. The so-called: the heart is as fast as a horse in the plain, it is easy to accept; learning is like sailing against the water, if you do not enter, then retreat. Life is a bumpy and difficult road, and we will encounter many setbacks. We need to cultivate tenacious conduct and establish our determination to be upstream.

From my own work process, I started from the following aspects, so that I still have a hundred times of confidence today.

First, you must have a sense of responsibility. The growth of our family requires wise decision-making by leaders at all levels and the care of our family members. The company has a slogan called "serving users and making progress together ". I also have a standard "dedication to entrepreneurship and self-fulfillment ". There are many people who think that dedication is outdated in today's age. But I can't help asking these people, just think, is there anything I can gain without paying? In fact, the relationship between individuals and companies is the same as that between our company and hospitals. Those who believe in understanding the latter should understand that the former should not be too difficult. The company provides each of our employees with a good personal development stage. You can be a good dancer. Therefore, I think we should be dedicated and have a sense of responsibility.

Secondly, a person must have a strong role to learn. Computer science is highly "time-sensitive" and provides fast technological updates. To catch up with the trend of the times, you need to learn new knowledge in time. Not only do you want to learn, but also learn more. At present, the company's new products use Microsoft series of VB, VC and other new development tools, for us, this is a good opportunity to learn and follow the trend. To stay ahead and never be eliminated, you must always learn better than others.

Make sure to summarize and accumulate data in a timely manner. I believe many leaders and colleagues know that I am a "Quick gunner" who writes programs and works ". I can talk about the secrets here: there are a lot of documents, timely summary, and learning to be "lazy ". Summary in time, everyone understands. For the other two, I would like to explain that there are a lot of documents, which means that there are no fewer historical work documents at ordinary times. Now, I can take out more than March 2000 of my work documents from 90% to now (excluding discarded documents ). This is a "big treasure house" for my daily work and study, and also my own "Four database books ". I believe there will be many people who admire me for being stupid. Is my mind Rusty? What are you doing? It's really a nerd. However, I would like to tell you one sentence: "When books are used, there is little hate, and it is not difficult to get through !". Learn to be "lazy". Only people who want to "get lazy" will find ways to invent trains instead of walking, and they only want to "get lazy ", only then can computers be invented to help people solve various problems in their daily lives. This is what I mean by "Laziness. We should not only sum up our experiences, but also refine our experiences, optimize our ideas, and innovate. Every time I write a program, I try to use the simplest and easiest way to solve the most complicated and bizarre problem. I usually ask myself one of the most frequently asked questions: "Is there a simpler solution ?".

Last but not least. People cannot use optical technology, but should learn German. This is my new experience recently. This sentence is an incisive statement made by Mr. Zhang at the New Year's meeting. I have never noticed this before. This may be the root cause of stagnation for some time! A superb skill can make us feel free and comfortable throughout our life, and a strong comprehensive quality will allow us to develop our career and be rich throughout our life !!
