Sublime text 2 right-click to open the question

When st2 was installed for the first time, no right-click was selected, so the method for adding the registry to the Internet was found. A problem occurred recently. When the right-click was opened, the file became empty. So I installed it again and found that there is a difference.

Is the difference just a quotation mark? It's okay now, no matter.
