Cannot use reason: ConvertToUTF8 and ColorPicker shortcut keys conflict.

Workaround: Modify the ConvertToUTF8 shortcut key;

Open Sublime Text-to-Preferences-Browse Packages, find the ConvertToUTF8 folder and enter, three files visible:

Ask the Linux, Mac and Windows shortcut settings files separately, depending on your operating system, open the appropriate file, see such as:

The shortcut keys can be modified at the red line.
