Run SUBLIMETEXT3 Click Preferneces, Browse Packages will open ... \sublime Text 3\packages directory,

Download the Chinese package and unzip, copy the Default.sublime-package or default to the packages directory

4. Install the package control

(1) Download the official plugin Instructions manual 3rd package control.sublime-package

(2) Open Sublime menu > Preferences > Browse Packages
