Sublime text Chinese Input method cannot locate input box

When using sublime text, input Chinese encountered a problem: the input box is always kept below the screen, unable to follow the cursor movement. No other editor has this problem.

Installation steps:

1, download this zip package.

2, unzip to C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 3\packages

This directory is the specified directory for sublime Text->preferences->browse packages in the system.

3. Complete. No need to restart sublime text.
