Sublime Text runs a python program that contains Chinese strings

This compile run will appear

This error

This is caused by the Chinese string, plus #-*-Coding:utf-8-*-This sentence is no problem, as follows:

# #-*-Coding:utf-8-*-
print ("Hello")

The odd thing is that you can run it right on the Python idle editor without that comment.
