Pure speculation, which may be caused by the superposition of two problems
1.ctrl-s may have mistakenly thrown ctrl-b (SB finally came together?), causing Build/run to execute the script
PDO is configured in 2.php.ini, but the Php_pdo.dll file may not be present/corrupt/path wrong/version incorrect


