Then fill in the relevant information.

In app information, fill in the app name, ID fill in the 9 digit ID.

Go on

Select the reason and then fill in the reason.

It is important to note that the reason is generally the user security problem or crash problem success rate will be higher (LZ is written to crash, do not say I am in a hurry, Apple will disagree, the previous version does have a crash problem, but not many ~ here I don't say, you know)

It is also important to note that if the problem is a crash, you'd better write the procedure to let the auditor to reproduce the problem.
