Place the downloaded plugin and feature folders in this directory (mine is C:\java programming\eclipse\myplugins\svn\eclipse).
(3) in the Eclipse installation directory (typically the same directory as Eclipse.exe), create a new Links folder (this folder must be created). Create a new link file (my is Svn.link), the content is path= your plugin path (my is Path:c:\\java programming\\eclipse\\myplugins\svn), Windows needs \ \. Restart Eclipse, plug-in installation is complete. A plugin does not want to use, the corresponding link file will be deleted.
