In the oil circuit structure of this type of carburetor, only idle speed and idle oil concentration can be adjusted, and the main oil needle cannot be adjusted. How can such a design not be oily? How can I avoid fuel consumption when I call a scooter?
4. Although the shell of the scooter is relatively streamlined, most of the tires used by domestically-made scooters are very thick and short, and the wheels of some cars are almost similar to pumpkins. Compared with the 2.5-17 tires of Curved Beam trucks, its cross-country capability is very poor, and the driving resistance is relatively large. In the early years, I saw an overseas scooter with a 2.5-17 wheel. The frame was slightly larger and more comfortable, but I do not know why it has not been counterfeited in China.

During ZJ's development of pedal diesel vehicles over the past year, it was found that the camshaft of the Four-Chong engine is a loose accessory with relatively loose specifications, many engines encountered some odd problems in the pre-factory debugging after assembly, and finally found that the problem was mostly related to the camshaft. In the days of ZJ, a lot of research work has been carried out on the scooter ignizer, finally, we found that the popular imitation fuse on the market is a very simple and unreasonable ignition angle change curve. Its ignition effect is almost the same as that of the XH90 integrated igniter. Or, this version is similar to the Piecewise Double convex ignition developed in the early years. 4. the carburetor can't be changed, so it can be changed to a plunger Type Carburetor. It can be used to adjust the oil vapor concentration and reduce sub-pathological faults, and change the waste state of the old carburetor, which is always serious oil-rich.
5. Cut the front pulley sleeve by 1mm, so that the belt transmission speed is lower than the starting point. without affecting the starting performance, the engine speed can be reduced, saving a lot of fuel.
6. In winter, the hot air casing is added to the air filter inlet to let the engine suck in the hot air discharged after the engine heat dissipation, so that the vehicle can have the economic consumption rate close to the warm spring in the cold winter.
7. Further improve the ignition system circuit and enhance the ignition power and angular conversion performance. If you have the hands-on ability, you can modify the TB80 Chinese-made ignition in the version of 08 to improve the locomotive performance.

9. Check whether the electric heating is closely closed: If the idle oil screw of the carburetor is screwed clockwise to the end, if the idle speed is not turned off, the electric heating is not tight.
10. Check each system of the circuit. If there is a power loss such as a leakage fault, the power will not be turned off, but will also cause fuel consumption.

According to the experimental results of several pedal-assisted carburetor, the gas distribution hole at one end of the carburetor Inlet can be expanded to 0mm ~ 5mm or so, not only reduces the amount of output, but also rich gas distribution to participate in gasoline atomization, engine power also has a tendency to improve. The main oil needle of this carburetor is usually not adjustable. 2. modify the main oil needle: the design of this carburetor is unreasonable. The main oil needle of most carburetor is not adjustable, unlike the main oil needle on the mounted car carburetor, there are five ring groove in the head that can be clamped with a small snap ring to change the installation height. The simple method is to increase the foam hole of the main oil foam tube to reduce the output of the main oil. In winter, the method of adding a small gasket is used to increase the main oil needle and increase the outlet oil. The standard practice is to first engrave five rings on the main oil needle and find a small snap ring to hold the main oil needle like a plunger carburetor. You can also weld more than one clip on the original main oil needle, tapping the M3 thread, adjusting and tightening the M3 nut.
3. Modify the negative pressure spring: There is a spring in the main oil plunger membrane bowl of the constant pressure vacuum film carburetor. Its elastic hardness varies with the carburetor, and there seems to be no unified standard. According to the principle that it is driven by a negative pressure, changing its elastic hardness will play a role in the supply performance of the main oil. According to the related negative pressure principle, if this spring is changed to a soft point, the gas can be added to reduce the oil to facilitate acceleration. If this spring is changed to a hard value, the negative pressure in the throat tube will be higher, the main oil and idle oil will be concentrated, and the locomotive may speed up slowly. We do not recommend that you modify this item as needed. Generally, there are not so many spring spare parts on hand. It is difficult for the carburetor to recover after correction.
4. Change the Electric Heating Concentration: Electric Heating Concentration is a convenient thing for Scooter friends. However, if it fails, it is also relatively concealed, which will cause problems such as unstable conditions and high fuel consumption. We recommend that you concatenate a light bulb in the circuit to monitor its power-on status. If the accelerator pump on the carburetor works, it can be used for additional fuel during the start of the cold car. The large spring in the electric heating and thickening parts can be reversed immediately, so that the small plunger oil needle will always be pressed over the thickening oil circuit, which is equivalent to canceling this oil-consuming part. From then on, the troubles of this part have gone through a hundred times.
5. cancel negative pressure thickening: on the side of the carburetor, there is a negative pressure chamber that can make idle oil more concentrated. Its structure principle is to close the large air hole of idle oil when the negative pressure increases, so that the oil vapor can be enriched. It is said that the theory is to prevent the exhaust pipe from being fired when the throttling is disabled. This kind of device will bring fuel consumption factors to the vehicle, and may also fail due to a small amount of holes in the structure, resulting in unstable performance of the carburetor. If you increase the idle gas hole size of the carburetor inlet, you can eliminate its function. If you have some manual skills, you can also change it to a structure that increases the oil vapor concentration when the negative pressure is reduced. This is a more advanced and reasonable fuel-saving measure.
6. this type of carburetor has two kinds of plunger. The design of the plastic plunger in the "medium" shape is poor, and the base needs to be modified to reduce the drop point and improve the reaction performance of the carburetor, this facilitates fuel saving. The specific method is to cut off the convex side of the lower seat of the plunger, which can usually reduce the Plunger by 2mm and improve the starting performance of the carburetor. 7. You can try to Polish and make the main oil needle on your own for the best fuel-saving scooter. The main oil needle material can use copper electrode, the processing and polishing equipment can use ordinary drill. It is usually to first use a knife to archive the copper electrode, and then clip it to the drill, and use the speed file and coarse sandpaper for polishing. Before polishing, you must first measure the old oil needle, design a new oil needle, then polish and measure, and gradually polish the new main oil needle in place. Finally, it is to process the five channels of groove on the head of the main oil needle, or to use a drill, and to scrape the ring trough out with a scraper made of a small saw blade.

But the fatal drawback is that the accelerator cannot be quickly screwed, otherwise it will lose the negative pressure = poor oil flameout; people who use habits do not matter, only when riding cars; just those who are used to scooter, it is usually difficult to adapt to the characteristics of the plunger type carburetor.

At present, the first generation of the Plunger Type Carburetor Based on TH90 has passed the cold start-up and daily use phase of minus 15 degrees. However, the plastic float is too small and will be a hidden danger in the future, I don't want to continue. At present, we are studying the second generation. Compared with the old diesel carburetor, we have made N more improvements to reduce production costs. The risks are quite high. Now, I dare not say anything. The design of the Third Generation is ideal, and its structure is close to that of EFI in theory. However, it is not yet possible to make a promise to the moderators. 7. Throat Oil System for fuel-saving projects: (special fuel-saving and environmental protection content .)
The throat Oil System is an unknown thing for the 4chong scooter. It is one of the most important research achievements of this lightweight version on the fuel-saving problem of the scooter. Its fuel-saving principle is very simple: it is to use the oil vapor used to store container throughput to form a strong vortex flow in the throat tube, strengthen the effect of air on oil mist erosion and agitation, and accelerate gasoline volatilization in the throat tube, avoid gasoline entering the cylinder as a dropper. The effect of adding the total volume of the throat tube in the storage container is: Make the gasoline drops in the fog several times to stay in the throat tube outside the cylinder, and then enter the cylinder after being washed by the cyclone eddy current, the spark plugs are easy to ignition, and the combustion effect of oil and gas is better. The fuel-saving effect is remarkable, the engine runs smoothly much, the cold start performance is greatly improved, and the lubrication layer of the cylinder wall is easy to maintain. In the fuel-saving state, the engine power increases, but the sewage can be reduced.
Although there are many other methods for the throat tube oil system, it is not easy to implement a better fuel-saving solution than the storage container + Eddy Current throat tube for the scooter of the short throat tube. In addition, some fuel-saving schemes studied in the past have a slight impact on the engine power. This combination is an excellent solution that both saves fuel and improves power, so it is made public here. At present, this oil system is composed of two parts: one is to add the steam inlet pipe of the vortex nozzle, and the other is the storage container of the vortex pipe. For the current scooter, the vortex pipe is to add a vortex nozzle at the bottom left of the original car pipe. Especially when the temperature in the winter environment is reduced, the hot air casing is added before the air filter inlet, let the engine suck in the hot air flowing out after the heat dissipation through the cylinder, so that the vehicle in the cold winter can also be close to the warm spring as the economic fuel consumption rate. This method has been used in erchong locomotive in the past, and the fuel saving effect in winter is more than two. Recently, in the fuel saving experiment of sichong scooter, the fuel saving effect of this kind of practice is also very obvious. But at present, the domestic pedal light friction design does not have these considerations, the engine cockpit space is very small, it is a little difficult to place the intake hot gas tank.
If you want to implement this method on the pedal light friction, you can easily obtain a large amount of hot air discharged from the engine after heat dissipation by using the open-hole intubation method in the engine hood, but note that: the hot air from the engine heat dissipation carries a little wind pressure, which can inhibit the main oil of the carburetor. Direct access will cause the engine speed to fail. This experiment was done by someone who thought it could boost power. The result is different from the theory of carburetor, breaking the naive fantasy that simply adding air pressure to the front of carburetor and air filter can improve engine power. According to the recommendations of this version, the specific method is to add a large plastic jar before the air filter inlet pipe import, the hot air outlet pipe mouth is also in the large tank, but not directly facing the air filter inlet pipe mouth. The advantage of this operation is that the role of the large jar is to keep the hot air from the engine heat dissipation in the tank, so that the air intake tube can be freely inhaled. Engine Heat Dissipation gases with gasoline flavor are inhaled and burned by the engine, which is highly environmentally friendly. There is also the ventilation pipe of the engine crankcase. It is said that its sewage volume accounts for two of the total sewage volume of the four Chong engine. It should also be inserted into the large tank of the air inlet, burn the oil smell again.
In terms of theory and technology, the re-use of the engine's thermal energy and oil smell will have a great effect on fuel conservation and environmental protection. However, the engine's "Heat Engine effect" will have a greater contrast, for conventional carburetor with low self-control steam concentration, the poor oil performance of the engine in the cold machine and the oil-rich effect after the heat engine will become more obvious. This will make the engine in a very different air intake temperature in winter and summer, in the traditional Plunger Type Carburetor is equivalent to the main oil needle change two ~ The effect of three cells is not suitable for general carburetor. For this reason, several manually controllable air intake resistance measures have been developed on the old YH light motorcycle ---, in this way, the steam concentration is poor before the cold machine is turned on. Although artificial wind resistance has had some gratifying oil control effects, currently, only pedal riders who use the belt automatic speed control and self-controlled oil and gas concentration are not realistic to use the manual method to control the oil and gas concentration, the use of Bimetal hot air control sheets is not very accurate and reliable.
