Since January 1, 2014, 10 months ago and later, they have participated in five projects. I would like to share my summary and experiences with these five projects and hope that you can give me some suggestions and suggestions to help me grow faster. Thank you.

The first project suddenly came. At the beginning of the year, a friend introduced customers who had their own technical teams. Originally, they wanted to hear some suggestions about their products to be developed. Therefore, our leaders did not care much about them, so they asked me to talk to the customers casually. After chatting for about one afternoon, their boss asked me for a business card and it was over. As a result, two days later, their leaders directly came to me and said that all the projects were outsourced to our company and asked me to do the project leader. So during nearly a month's project demand discussion, I successfully increased their budget from 20 W to 45 W. Communication with their bosses and their technical directors is still smooth. Everyone wants to do things, so many words are omitted. This project includes a website (Java SSH) and a client browser (compatible with Windows and Mac systems ). I finally chose a familiar QT platform for the client program. After the contract was signed, I gave the project to another development team of the company for development, and I gave them some QT training before they successfully got out of the way. Later, the project went smoothly and maintained a good relationship with the customer.

the second project is under pressure when talking about the needs of the first project. Our leaders signed a C ++ Human outsourcing agreement with a research institute. People need to work on site. What's more difficult is that although our company claims to have 1000 programmers, 95% of them are Java programmers, I started C ++ in July. As a result, the leaders were very clever enough to find a small one-vote company and borrowed more than 10 C ++ developers from their company. They all claim to have more than three years of development experience. So I rushed to accept the project, and then my tragedy began. First of all, because they are all from other companies, they don't know me, and at least seven of them are just graduated, and the most experienced are two years. This is a part of our development technical team, plus me, as we all know, in research institutes like this, they do things basically a kind of Leadership Requirement. They have over 10 leaders, and each engineer is a master. Looking at this situation, I was so scared that I quickly asked the company to send a project manager to Jia to take charge of the management of our developers. Then I was only responsible for technical and customer communication issues. We had a long history of problems in the early stage. Our developers and I had a dispute. The developers and project managers had a quarrel. The customers and we had a quarrel. Their leadership was too slow and so on. It lasted for more than a month, finally, it is better to break in slowly. In the later stages, their leaders said that when we were slow, their engineers took the initiative to help me out. The project went smoothly. Several of their doctors and senior engineers have a pretty good relationship with me. Three months later, the company leaders moved me away. It is also a project that is half done and is withdrawn.

The third project is a tough project. I still wonder why I have withdrawn from the second project. This project gives me the answer. It is also a key project of the Institute, which will be delivered to the military soon, but there is still a software not done. So I was forced to drop down the lab field next to an airport and give me four "new" colleagues I have never met (I don't know which company I borrowed ). The customer was eager to turn around in the room, and we were as excited as expected. Relying on it, I didn't know anything. How did I do it? I was also excited. At this time, I usually go to the hospital twice a week. From to that evening, there were a lot of demands immediately. More than 40 preliminary requirements are listed and need to be implemented based on their code. A hard life begins. Code to every day and get up. Be familiar with the code, copy the code, read the code, and go to the hospital. Driving 150 kilometers a day, ah. After the project is finished, their leaders are coming again, director, Assistant Director, Deputy Director, Minister, Assistant Minister, Director, Assistant Director, Director of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Director of the Ministry of Science and Technology 1, 2, 3, 4 and so on. Every leader does not mention 20 suggestions, and it is simply not a leader. So a word is changed. This has been changed for more than two months. After the project was over, I got home and had a high fever for seven consecutive days. I almost got dumb. But the good thing is that I organized a football match with them, and our company had no way to organize it before. Although I am only a coder, I am able to get along with others.

The fourth project is to wipe the ass of others. In another department, they couldn't do anything about the project. Their Employees scolded the customer. As a result, the customer was a female, as a result, she told her leaders with a runny nose, and then the leaders threatened that our contract would not continue, and so on. So tmd I was sent again. Ah, they were scolded by their leaders and despised by the customer's female contact. Fortunately, my mental endurance is okay, and this project can continue. But I couldn't accept it. I came back and told the Project Manager of the Department. Ah. At present, the scanning is still ongoing, and the fifth project is overwhelmed.

In the fifth project, I think it is a nonsense, but the leaders are willing to play with the concept. I have always felt that many shoes are worn, but leaders think that no matter what hadoop is, it is an insult to him to not talk about cloud. Solutions for various industries are offered overnight in his PPT. I have always wanted to calm down and do something practically, such as device monitoring. However, the leaders will step into the power industry to talk about hadoop, the Meteorological industry to talk about hadoop, and the intelligent transportation industry to talk about hadoop ...... so now I am confused about what I can do.


This year, too many new employees of the company are not involved. After leaving the company, they are asking me why you are still in this company. I told them that I promised to stay in this three years. At present, all the old employees I know in this company are gone, and our leaders are still playing with the concept. I am tired.
