Problems with NTFS folder permissions are often encountered in the actual work, such as:

This occurs because the empowering user (such as domain Administrator, local Administrator) does not have full control or owner permissions for some subfolders.

Workaround steps:

1) Pass the rights of the empowering user (often the owner permission) to the subfolder. properties-security-owner-replace owner on subcontainers and objects

2) empower the user to obtain the owner permission for all subfolders, and then assign the assigned user the appropriate permissions and pass to the subfolder.
