This occurs because the empowering user (such as domain Administrator, local Administrator) does not have full control or owner permissions for some subfolders.
Workaround steps:
1) Pass the rights of the empowering user (often the owner permission) to the subfolder. properties-security-owner-replace owner on subcontainers and objects
