Sun recently released the latest j2's development tool-Java platform Micro Edition Software Development Kit 3.0, which contains cldc (formerly sun wireless Toolkit (wtk )), CDC (formerly Sun Java toolkit 1.0 for CDC) and blu-ray Disc Java (BD-J) technology, its interface layout is consistent with Sun Java toolkit 1.0 for CDC.

The tool has the following features:

LIntegrates third-party simulators and Windows Mobile Simulators

LReal machine deployment and real machine testing

LIntegrate cldc, CDC and BD-J

LNew cldc hotspot VM

LOptimize msa1.1

LSupport for profiling
