Survey: Windows Phone applications have reached 25 thousand

On the evening of January 1, July 1, Beijing time, the latest survey results show that,Microsoft App Store Windows Phone Marketplace (hereinafter referred to as "WPM") has 25 thousand applications.

The survey results show that the number of applications in WPM has reached 25076. However, data from other application tracing companies shows that the number of applications in WPM is still less than 25 thousand.

In any case, the growth rate of WPM programs is increasing, analysts said. Microsoft launched WPM in last November. By the end of March this year, the number of applications reached 11.5 thousand, which is equivalent to an increase of 2300 per month. Today, 13.5 thousand items are added in three months, which is equivalent to 4500 items per month.

The analyst also said that with the release of Mango, we believe that the growth rate of WPM will continue.
