Suse dual Nic binding, suse dual Nic

Here we use two NICs, eth1 and eth2.

Edit the/etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-bond0 file (this file does not need to be created)

Device = 'bond0'

BOOTPROTO = 'static'

BROADCAST = '10. 10.2.255'

IPADDR = '10. 10.2.190'

NETMASK = '2017. 255.255.0'

STARTMODE = 'onboot'

BONDING_MASTER = yes

BONDING_SLAVE_0 = 'eth1'

BONDING_SLAVE_1 = 'eth2'

BONDING_MODULE_OPTS = 'miimon = 200 mode = 1'

 

Edit the/etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-eth1 File

DEVICE = 'eth1'

BOOTPROTO = 'static'

STARTMODE = 'onboot'

 

Edit the/etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-eth2 File

DEVICE = 'eth2'

BOOTPROTO = 'static'

STARTMODE = 'onboot'

 

Edit the/etc/sysconfig/network/routes file and enter the gateway (this file needs to be created)

Default 10.10.2.1

 

Restart the network

Systemctl restart network
