Suse11 Firefox flash 10 Installation Problems

When the latest Firefox is installed in the 64-bit SuSE 11 operating system, the Flash Player Plug-in may fail to be used.

The solution is as follows:

Download install_flash_player_10_linux.tar.gz from the website of adobe.

Tar zxvf install_flash_player_10_linux.tar.gz

CP libflashplayer. So/usr/lib/Firefox/plugins/

Nspluginwrapper-I/usr/lib/Firefox/plugins/libflashplayer. So

Restart Firefox.

 

If the RPM package is downloaded, run YaST -- install/home/downloads/install_flash_player_10_linux.rpm.

 

After the installation is complete, libflashplayer. So will be in the directory

/Usr/lib/browser-plugins
/, Then

 

CD/usr/lib/browser-plugins

CP libflashplayer. So/usr/lib/Firefox/plugins/

Nspluginwrapper-I/usr/lib/Firefox/plugins/libflashplayer. So

 

Restart Firefox.
