Through the svn command line, we can only submit the directory structure of the project, so that we can submit the files we do not want to upload to the server from the beginning.
The command is as follows:
SVN add-N [Directory]

Then you can enter this directory and execute the following command:
SVN propset SVN: Ignore '*.*'.

Finally, run the submit command.
SVN commit-M "added the Directory and set the files within it to be ignored"
