I believe that most Java EE developers use eclipse as the development tool. The first two articlesArticleOnly the basic operations of SVN are written. Now this article will write about how SVN integrates eclipse. Let everyone really feel the benefits of SVN.
My eclipse version is version: 3.4.2. No built-in sub support. You need to download the svn plug-in.
Find the plug-in that fits your eclipse version in the http://subclipse.tigris.org.
I download site-1.4.8.zip.
Then install the svn plug-in eclipse. (The SVN download page also provides graphic tutorials for installation. However, my version is slightly different from it .)
Click Add site.
Click archive. Select the downloaded package.
There is also a more convenient installation method. The svnclipse web page shows the eclipse Update site URL: http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.6.x
We enter link directly here, And eclipse will help us download and install it. (Because I have already installed the plug-in, it prompts that the same plug-in already exists)
After the installation is successful, restart eclipse. Check whether preferences-> Team-> SVN exists. If yes, the installation is successful.
Create a project.
Create a new class and write someCode.
Open the svn view in eclipse
Create a resource library location on the left
Return to the javaee view and import the project to the server: Right-click the project and choose team> share project.
Select SVN
Use the repository you just located
The SVN view shows that the project has been imported.
Write it here first, and the next article will write some basic operations.
