Swift-filtering data elements using a closure filter

Typically filters an array, usually creating a function elsewhere in the code, and then invoking it for each element of the group. But doing so makes the code scattered in many places and is not easy to read. With closures, you can put related code snippets together to make the structure logic clearer.
For example, filter a character array to filter out an array of strings beginning with "Hangge"
