If you set the date in your iphone, you'll be familiar with the date slot. Its base class is Uidatepicker. The main attributes are date, time, and Countdown,

In mode you can choose only dates, only time, or both.

Local is the time zone.

Interval is the time interval.

The following are some constraints.

The timer is the countdown interval.

You can see that the countdown style is not our usual seconds or milliseconds countdown, we need to inherit the base class to define itself.
