The system requirements for installing be 2014 are as follows:

Operating system

You cannot set up a backup Exec server on a computer that is running Windows Server Core installation options that are installed on the server 2008/2012. Only Backup Exec Agent for Windows can be installed on the Server Core computer. On a computer that is running Windows 2003, make sure that you install the Windows Imaging Component before you install Backup Exec 2014. The Windows image processing component is required to install Backup Exec 2014. For more information about downloading and installing the Windows imaging components, see the Microsoft Web site. You cannot install SQL Express or SQL Server on a Windows Server2008 computer that is configured as a read-only domain controller (RODC) role. The read-only domain controller role does not allow you to use SQL Express and local accounts that are required by SQL Server. When you install Backup Exec on an RODC computer, you must select a remote SQL instance for the Backup Exec database. For Windows Server 2012 and later versions of computers, you cannot install Backup Exec or Agent for windows in a volume that is enabled for deduplication in Windows or in a ReFS volume.

Enter the username, password and domain of the service account, then select the BE2014 installation path and click "Next"
