Dear Micheal Wu, an extension works with the Lighting extension (adding calendar to thunderbird) to combine RTM with Thunderbird. With this extension, you can synchronize the task information of RTM in two directions, and add, delete, modify, and set priorities for the task in Thunderbird.
The following is an extended installation process:
1. First, if you have not installed the Lightning extension of Thunderbird, install the extension first. (For more information about Lighting, see the http://live.haliluya.org/weblog/2008/04/10/thunderbird-gmail-gtd)
2. download and install the Remember the Milk Provider extension (the method for installing the Thunderbird extension is: Download the extension to your local device. Open the additional software window (tool-additional software) of Thunderbird and drag the downloaded extension to the window to install it .).
3. Restart Thunderbird
4. Go to the Calendar view (shortcut: Ctrl + 3), select File> New> Calendar (File> New> Calendar)
Select "save On Network" ("On the Network") and click Next)
Select Remember the Milk Provider ". You do not need to modify the information in the Location column. click Next)
5. Name the new calendar. Your RTM task list appears in this calendar.
Now, you can see that there is a "Please verify your RTM account and go to View Details" ("Please Authenticate RTM. open me to see how "), double-click the task name, and the detailed information of the task appears, including a URL and description about the task. Copy The URL to The address bar of your browser. Visit this URL and you will see The following information (if you have not logged on to "Remember The Milk", log on first ")
Click "yes, yes" ("OK, I'll Allow it "). Return to the Thunderbird task list and mark the "verify your RTM account and go to View Details" task as completed.
That's it. If everything goes well, you will see a pop-up message box that tells you that you have passed the RTM information verification, your Tasks in RTM will immediately appear in the Thunderbird task panel.
