Synchronize/import Address Book information from Motorola mobile phones to iPhone 4

This article uses six steps to import the address book information in Motorola's mobile phone to iPhone 4, which solves the repetitive manual input.

Before performing the following operations, make sure that Outlook 2007 and Motorola phone tools V5 are installed on your computer.

1. Obtain the contact information in your Motorola machine.

Connect your Motorola mobile phone to your computer through a USB interface.

Open the Motorola phone tools V5 software and click "synchronize my contacts, calendars, or tasks ". After the synchronization operation is complete, click the "Contact" option.

 

2. obtain contact information.

Click "Personal Data"> "contacts". We may see the contact information synchronized between the local computer and mobile phone.

3. Export the contact information to the Outlook Address Book.

Click "file" -- "" Export ". In the displayed export file format selection form, select" Outlook contact file "and click" Next "until the export is completed.

4. Edit the contact in outlook.
