rsync--vazu--delete host::rsyncd_dir/cygdrive/d/destination_dir

Notice the cygdrive, this should be a contract.
If you write D:/destination_dir directly, you will get an error:

The source and destination cannot both be remote.

You can write this line of RSYNC commands to a. bat file and then join the task plan for Windows.
