Role: Enable download and installation of critical Windows updates. Allows Windows to automatically check and download update patches in the background to Microsoft Servers when automatically online.

Role: Manage IP Security principles and start Isakmp/oakley (IKE) and IP Security drivers to help protect data transmitted over the network

Portable Media Serial Number (Portable media serial numbers)
  
If your computer doesn't have any portable media players, you don't need it.
  
Function: To obtain the serial number of the media player in the system, to control the copying of the pirated music files to the portable player, such as MP3, MD, etc.
  
Remote login (remote Registry Service)
  
For security reasons, if there are no special requirements, it is best to turn off the proposal. Also, this service is only useful for Windows XP Pro.
  
Role: Enable remote users to modify logon settings on this computer. If this service is stopped, the login can only be modified by the user on this computer, and any services that explicitly depend on it will fail to start.
