Table creation permission for sys users in Oracle is insufficient

SQL> show user;
User is "sys"
SQL> create user test identified by test;

User Created.

SQL> Create Table Test. t (ID INT );
Create Table Test. t (id int)
*
Error at line 1:
ORA-01950: no privileges on tablespace 'users'

Cause: the title is a bit suspected of the title party. It is mainly used to attract attention. When I first encountered this problem, I was puzzled.

The schema is added before the object is created. This is test, which means that the table is created as the test user. The test user is just created and has no permission to create the table.
