Qi is a magical thing, born from the heart, disturbing people's minds. Once generated, it can control people and make people become their puppets. Being angry is actually an immature expression, because being angry is not helpful to things at all, and being angry only makes things worse.

Anger is just the relief of personal emotions. To manage emotions, you can start from the source and from the source of anger. Ask yourself why anger only hurts your body, consumes energy, and makes the relationship worse. From the perspective of game theory, anger is definitely not an optimal strategy. The optimal strategy should be to maintain calm or pleasure, no matter what you do, be in a daze, or work hard.

Now, we can slowly control our emotions. When we don't get angry, we all remind ourselves that anger is just a blow, and it doesn't matter. Whatever happens, maintaining calm or pleasure is the best strategy.
