Step two measures the length of the 3 line segments. Select Line A, B, and C, and execute the measure-length command so that the length of the 3 segments is measured, as shown in.

Step three calculates using the geometry artboard calculation function: A+b,b+c,c+a (in the future acting as the center pitch). Execute "Data"--"Calculate" command, calculate the value of A+b,b+c,c+a in the Popup Calculation dialog box;

Step four take a little O1 in the blank area of the artboard, select the values of points O1 and a+b, perform "construct"-"circle with center and radius", and circle with a+b as radius;

Step five in the circle take a little O2, with O2 as the center, B+c for the radius of the circle, the two circles of any intersection as O3 (at this point, three centers all found);
