There are a lot of small programs on the market for to-do reminders. Our commonly used outlook integrates the function of adding to-do items, and the calendar that comes with many mobile phones also has the function of handling items. Most of the above software requires several steps to complete what we want to do, but in fact, sometimes we need a smaller and more convenient software to record a flash of inspiration, and easy to forget. This is why I proposed a convenient and synchronous to do list applet.

• Basic functions:

  • You can log on to multiple accounts to synchronize items in the calendar. With the synchronization function, the items are only related to the account. You can log on to the account to view the items.
  • Two input methods are supported:
  1. 1. Traditional New-edit-set-save Method
     2. Highlights of this program:First, this program can set a hot key for convenient calling. In addition, after the program is called up, the program will not be displayed as a whole. Only one input box is displayed. You can simply enter a line of text in the input box and press enter to create a new task, save multiple tedious steps and complete one line of text. For example, if you enter have a meeting with mentor at 8 AM tomorrow and press enter, the program will automatically create related and correct to-do reminders.
  • The type of the to-do list can be customized and the priority can be set.
  • A reminder will be sent when or before the event occurs.
• Advanced functions:
  • In addition to adding to-do reminders, you can also record some good ideas that have been flashed, which is equivalent to a very small note.
  • Cross-platform: desktop + mobile.
  • Mobile devices support photo Recording and use the current location as the location.
  • Can be connected to various platforms. For example, if the added to-do notification items are program bugs and improvement points, they can be connected to the work item platform of TFS.

Analysis:

As a programmer, I think my demand is that if there are some unfinished things, they need to be recorded, and the faster they are, the better, because it is very likely that the idea is fleeting and the things you remember are soon forgotten, the sooner the process is, the fewer steps the better. In addition, I think these needs come not only from programmers, such as a writer, but also from their own inspiration. The sooner the better, the better. So I think such a small program is necessary.
