Summarize

After this software engineering team project, I have a more in-depth understanding of the development of the team. A team that wants to operate efficiently requires the co-operation of a good organization and everyone in the group, and planning is very important. Our group was confronted with such problems at the outset. Without good organization, people do not know what they should do, nor do they know the progress of other members. Later, we clarified the division of labor, increased the communication between the members, the efficiency of the team improved a lot. I am also acutely aware of the importance of the Organization and communication of a team.

Personally, team projects we use C # programming, using WPF. I have not been in touch with C # programming before, I have been able to master C # programming and the use of WPF through this team project exercise. For example, in programming, I use the DataGrid to display data, at first, my team partners are writing their own structure storage, query and other operations, so the connection is more complex, I also learned a lot of datagrid properties. Later, my team mates switched to the DataTable, and my DataGrid data display was a lot easier.

After this team project, I also realized that it is important for everyone to unify the code style, which is convenient for other people in the same group to use and modify your program.

In short, this team project has made me not only a lot of progress on the code writing level, but also a deeper understanding of the soft worker.
