Tecal RH5885 V3 BIOS version upgrade, tecalrh5885

Note: Different BIOS versions correspond to different iMana versions.

I. Upgrade iMana first

1. First, use ftp to upload image. hpm to the tmp folder.

Root @ BMC:/tmp # chmod 777 image. hpm

2. Run ipmcget-d version to view the current version.

3. Run ipmcset-d upgrade-v/tmp/image. hpm 1.

Root @ BMC:/# ipmcset-d upgrade-v/tmp/image. hpm 1
4. Run ipmcget-d version to view the current version after the upgrade and restart.

Root @ BMC:/# ipmcget-d version

5. Use ftp again to upload image. hpm to the tmp folder.
6. Run ipmcset-d upgrade-v/tmp/image. hpm 1 again.

Root @ BMC:/# ipmcset-d upgrade-v/tmp/image. hpm 1

Ii. Upgrade BIOS

1. server shutdown

2. Use ftp to upload BLISVxxx. hpm to the tmp file (xxx indicates the version you want to upgrade)

3. Run ipmcset-d upgrade-v/tmp/BLISVxxx. hpm on the command line.

Root @ BMC:/# ipmcset-d upgrade-v/tmp/BLISVxxx. hpm

4. Wait until the upgrade is complete and the server is powered on.

5. Run ipmcget-d version to view the current version.
