Therefore, the Softswitch technology can also trigger services defined in the intelligent network. If these intelligent network services are defined on the application server, these services are also provided. It differs from the traditional intelligent network service in that the business procedure of the traditional intelligent network service is transmitted on the MTP/SCCP of the No. 7 signaling network, the application procedures of such businesses are transmitted at the IP-based transport layer. 4) Services provided by third parties

In the networking architecture of Softswitch technology, application servers and third-party servers are included in the business application layer. That is to say, future services can be provided by telecom operators on application servers, or authenticated third parties on third-party servers. The specific implementation method is that the telecom operator provides an Application Programming Interface API to a third-party Application Server), and the third-party server uses the API to implement the business. The API is an abstract interface that shields specific network resources such as SIP, INAP, and MAP, it includes call control, user interaction, mobility, terminal capabilities, and billing. Third parties that provide services do not care about complex network resources.
