  1. Focus on the process and how to focus on the process. (The focus process provides an appropriate environment to give birth to the power of its own)
  2. To make people change, the environment must include three factors: incentives, prizes, or hardships, used to motivate or punish people; Organizations, realistic organizational structures, and ideas into reality; mind or innovation, seed, similar to the future picture.
  3. To ensure the effectiveness of leadership, we must balance incentives, organizations, and innovation.

 

3. Solution

  1. Understanding the problem: Read the rules carefully; encourage members to read the rules carefully; efficiently and effectively solve the problem leaders know how to create an environment, so that everyone can wait for the big eyes to find problems; to solve the problem, you should go back to the initial issue (ensure that the Members understand the problem); communicate with the customer, instead of simply reading the specifications; after a while, check the specifications.
  2. Management thinking: control the idea of solving problems after defining problems. Contribute a new idea (more importantly, create an environment so that the idea that can actually solve the problem can be identified as soon as it comes out ).
    1. Encourage you to solve useful ideas.
    2. Improve the ideas put forward by other members of the team.
    3. If you are solely at your own risk, you should give up your ideas. If the team is heading in the wrong direction, you should stick to your own ideas.
    4. Be patient when listening to others' ideas.
    5. Try other people's ideas.
    6. Do not deny your colleagues' ideas too early in order to keep them updated.
    7. They criticize ideas rather than people.
    8. Think deeply before giving an idea: Talking about unthinking ideas will greatly impede others' thinking.
    9. If time is not enough, do not bother looking for new ideas and maintain the status quo.
    10. The previous successful ideas cannot adapt to the new situation and encourage the team to give up on him.
    11. A part of the problem that has been abandoned is valuable and must be accepted again.
