Step 1:

Open the Command Prompt window (Note: This window cannot be closed after the command is executed), go to the Bin directory in the Mysql installation path, and run the mysqld-nt -- standalone -- console Command

Step 2:

Open a new command prompt window, execute the mysql-uroot-p command, and then enter the password of the root user as prompted.
