Ten-year conclusion (final): a new decade and a new starting point

After about five months, I finally finished writing my ten-year summary,
If this is a project, its budget and duration are greatly higher than that of the project.
I only wanted to go through four articles and briefly review the past. I did not expect to write 27 articles.
Ten years is not a short time, but there are not many truly valuable things,

It takes a lot of effort, perseverance, and patience to stick to writing it down. Fortunately, with the support of many of my friends, I feel that my efforts are not nothing to worry about. Memories and summaries are valuable. The path that we once had is now seemingly so many shortcomings,
I am so blind and persistent, how many passive choices I have made, and my self-confidence.
However, there is no more time, and regret and self-blame have no value. Leave these words for reference, so that you can see fewer mistakes.
Many new people say they want to learn from me, but I think more new people should learn from me and strive to plan their careers from the first step.

But fortunately, in general, I keep improving. I love thinking. I am seldom pessimistic. I never neglect my work passively. I love my work and the best time in my life is thirty years, the first decade has passed, and the next decade is more critical. I want to make more active life plans, make more active choices, and Boldly Practice and pursue my dreams.

 

You may have noticed that in my articles, the proportion of pure technology is very small, and most of them are thoughts and experiences at work. This is related to my current work. On the other hand, it is indeed a personal experience of me for so many years, that is:There are no technologies that can't be learned, but there are technologies that can't be learned. I am not promoting the useless technology theory. On the contrary, I have a strong obsession with technology, but I remember what I said in a summary: emotional intelligence can influence the development of a person. Should our programmers take time out to focus on non-technical factors earlier? For example, how can we win a dominant position in the team? How to gain the trust of others? How to make your work more widely recognized?
