Tengda (Tenda) a9-Unable to login admin interface solution

There are two things that cannot be logged into the A9 management interface:

Situation A:A9 cannot log on to the admin interface before expanding.

Situation B:A9 cannot log on to the admin interface after expansion.

situation a : A9 unable to log on to admin interface before extension

the interface can only be A9 by connecting the Extender before extending;

Step one: Make sure the computer/phone is connected to the A9 wireless signal. (Back sticker has write factory default wireless signal name)

Step two: Confirm whether the computer/mobile phone gets the IP address;

The computer takes the Win7 system as an example:

1. Click on the bottom right corner of the desktop icon to open the "Network and Sharing Center"

2. Click " Change adapter Settings ";

3. right mouse click " wireless network Connection ", select " State ";

4. Select " details " To see if the IP address is obtained;

If obtain to 192.168.0.*,ipv4 the default gateway is 192.168.0.254, the description obtains the correct IP;

If you do not get the correct IP, you can disconnect the signal is still invalid can be restored to the factory, and then check the connection signal to obtain the IP address;

Step three: Make sure the Address bar address input is entered correctly (input re.tenda.cn or 192.168.0.254)

Fourth step: If still unable to enter, can change the browser or a mobile phone or computer through re.tenda.cn or 192.168.0.254 login interface;

Fifth step: If the fourth step is invalid, you can reset the Extender

Reset method: The power state, the use of needle-like objects continue to hold down the RST button about 8 seconds after the release, LED will be red often bright, when the light changes to red flashing, will clear the user to the Extender all settings, and restore to the factory setting state;

Situation B:A9 cannot log on to admin interface after expansion

There are two ways to extend the backward A9 interface:

Method One: Connect to A9 signal, through domain name re.tenda.cn;

Method Two: Connect to A9 or superior router signal, assign to A9 IP through superior router, enter A9 interface;

Method One:

Step one: Confirm that the connection is a signal from the Extender A9

① if A9 SSID (Wireless signal name) and superior maintain consistent: it is recommended to put the Extender in the weak position of the superior signal, notebook or mobile phone in the vicinity of A9, the signal strong signal;

② if A9 SSID (Wireless signal name) and superior is not the same, then need to ensure that the notebook or mobile phone is connected to the A9 signal name;

Step two: Make sure the laptop or mobile phone gets the IP assigned by the superior router

Confirm Whether the IPV4 default gateway is the gateway address of the superior router, and whether the IPV4 address and gateway are in the same network segment;

The third step: after extending the connection A9 signal, must through domain name re.tenda.cn login interface;

The fourth step: if unable to login, can A9 reseat the power supply, and so on the successful expansion, and then through the domain name login;

Fifth step: If the fourth step is invalid, can replace a notebook or mobile phone connection signal after login.

Method Two:

The first step: connect the WiFi signal (superior router or A9 extender can be), login to the main router management interface;

Step Two: Open the client list on the router interface to see which clients are currently connected. Find a device in the list that is identical to the MAC address on the back sticker on the A9 and view the IP assigned to the A9 router.

The third step: Open the browser, in the address bar input router assigned to A9 IP, you can enter the A9 interface.
