Reason 2: Broadband account and password is wrong or not case-sensitive
Workaround: Enter the correct broadband account number and password, and note that the password is case-sensitive.
Reason 3: Internet access mode for automatic acquisition, the router WAN access to IP and router LAN port IP conflict
Workaround: Modify the router LAN port address.

Reason 4: Network Broadband operators bind the broadband account and the computer MAC address

Workaround: Clone the MAC address on a computer that does not connect to the router's normal internet access.

Reason 5: The long broadband line in the household leads to insufficient driving capacity

Workaround: Modify the router WAN port speed to 10M Full-duplex.

Question 2: What to do if you show "Not Connected"?

Reason 1: Line connection error (the network cable connected to the WAN port is not wired or mistakenly attached to the LAN port)
Workaround: Check that both ends of the network cable are connected to the correct port and are plugged in (when the line is connected correctly, the WAN port LEDs on the router should be illuminated steady or blinking).
Reason 2: Cable quality is too poor or damaged

WORKAROUND: Replace a new network cable (make sure it's good).
Reason 3: Insufficient driving capacity

Workaround: Modify the WAN port rate to 10M Full-duplex.

Question 3: Show "Connected" but not the Internet, how to do?
