Terminal loading Problem _terminal

In the Mac terminal, the file that adds the environment variable has two

/users/xxx/.bash_profile
/users/xxx/.bashrc

For example, we add alias ll= ' Ls-l '
If you join in BASHRC, each time you open a new terminal, you cannot use

If you join Bash_profile, you can use it every time you open it

So the conclusion is that each newly opened terminal automatically loads the Bash_profile, but does not load the BASHRC

So there are two solutions,
Write the configuration in the Bash_profile
Loading BASHRC in Bash_profile
