Test error resolution for twisted-pair wires

When the twisted pair cable is tested, the problems may arise: the near-end crosstalk fails, the attenuation fails, the wiring diagram fails, the length fails, and the following are described separately:

1. The reasons for the failure of the near-end crosstalk may include:

1 There is a problem with the near-end connection point;

2) Remote connection point short circuit;

3) string pairs;

4 external noise;

5 The chain Route cable and connectors performance problem or not the same type of products;

6) There is a problem with the quality of the end-connection of the cable.

2. The reasons for the failure of attenuation may include:

1 length is too long;

2) The temperature is too high;

3 The connection point has the problem;

4 The chain Route cable and connectors performance problem or not the same type of products;

5) There is a problem with the quality of the end-connection of the cable.

3. The wiring diagram fails to pass the reason may have:

1 The joints at both ends have open circuit, short circuit, cross and rupture;

2 Bridging errors (some networks require both the sender and receiver to cross, and when the test link is built for these networks, the test wiring diagram will cross as a result of the bridging of the device line).

4. The reasons for the failure of the length may include:

1) The NVP is set incorrectly and the N V P can be determined and calibrated with known good lines;

2) The actual length is too long;

3) Open circuit or short circuit;

4) The total length of equipment wiring and cross wiring is too long.

5. Tester problem

1 The tester does not start, can replace the battery or charge;

2 tester can not work or remote calibration, should ensure that both tester can start, and have enough batteries or to replace the test line;

3 The tester is set to the wrong cable type, the parameters, category, impedance and nominal transmission speed of the tester should be reset;

4 The tester is set to an incorrect link structure and is reset to the basic link or access link as required;

5 The tester can not store the automatic test results, confirm the selected test result name is unique, or check the capacity of available memory;

6 The tester can not print the stored automatic test results, should determine the printer and tester interface parameters, should be set to the same, or to confirm that the test results have been selected as the printout.
